SKETCHES

These are the sketches of how I develop a concept. I draw the bone joint of a human because the bone joint is the part that supports humans to have any body movement. The shape of it is almost the same as the gear shape and gear always define as a bone joint in medicine.

When gear didn't work for a long time, it will corrosion and hard to move, to make it works smoothly we have to add the gear oil on it. Same as we sitting on a chair for a long time, we will feel pain and soreness from our back and shoulder. So we have to stand up relax to reduce this pain and soreness.

From here I came out with a concept called Spinning Gear. My element will be the GEAR. This is the mind map that I have made about the gears like textures, materials, and colors that could be used in my design later.

CONCEPT MOODBOARD

This is my concept mood board. The mood board is showing that the energetic mood combines with a calm mood. This is because an energetic environment can encourage people to focus on the activities and at the same time they can calm and relax after having the activities.
