OBJECTIVE: Encourage students to involve themselves in physical activities to have a work-life balance, and also can relax by getting away from homework for a short time.
Based on the solutions that I stated in the blog before, I have chosen 3 activities that are suitable for students to work on which are yoga, rock climbing, and running.
YOGA
Yoga is an activity that can improve your concentration and sitting position, and also will build your muscle strength.
Wall Training Yoga and Flying Yoga will be conducted instead of just having a normal floor yoga.

Yoga is an activity that works out with your whole body. It can strengthen your core muscle and improve your body balance.

RUNNING WITH VR
This running combines with VR games which have a more fun experience when u are running. It can strengthen your core muscle, control your body weight, and also reduce the risk of having chronic diseases.
