Communication through sharing is an important element in the psychology industry. Psychology is an industry that use to understand, help, and empower people in different settings and mental issues or learning and development issues. It can be said as a study of the human mind and behavior that is based on science. In Malaysia, there have 140 clinical psychologists. There are also have many workplaces that need psychology like schools, sport, public health, crime, organizational, and others.

Through our research, we found some of the information about the salary in this industry. The unequal salary between gender with the same experience happens in this industry too. The salary of men is 16% more than women even they are having the same level of education or experience.

After we analyzed the psychology industry, we have chosen a psychology center that we are going to analyze is The Center For Connection, a psychology center in Canada that specialized in the fields of Psychotherapy, Occupational therapy, Educational therapy, and Neuropsychology. The team is formed by different expert practitioners from different fields. The mission of them is to focus on helping people discover joy and meaning in their lives through connection with others.

They have provided different services like parenting support, support groups and workshops, play therapy, and others. Most of their services are conduct in individual form compare to in group form. They have taken some actions when pandemic happened around the world. They cancel the in-persona therapy on 20 March and convert face-to-face to virtual like telephone and video conferencing. Due to the pandemic, patients are not allowed to go to the center to conduct their therapy, so the center allowed the patient to cancel their appointment without paying any cancellation fee.
