Design is not a process of making things beautiful but is produce a product that is useful which can be helping the world in solving the problem. Other than that, connecting people or things together through the product is also a key element when designing.

Critical thinking skills are important for a designer when solving problems. Keep asking questions to yourself is such a great way to make you think deeper to make sure the real problem that you want to solve. As the film mention, the matters that we faced in our lives will keep changing because the world is changing all the time, and designer have to think out ideas to solve problems. Don't be scare of sharing your ideas because sometimes a crazy idea is not a bad way when producing something, it might be a brilliant move for you.

Nowadays, the role of a designer constantly change. It is not just solving problems and make the users experience more efficiency, it also important in this modern business. There are a lot of companies that everyone knows like Facebook, Twitter, Airbnb and others were mentions about how the design helping them to attract more people among many competitors and let customers have a better experience.

Listening to users or others' feedbacks is a great opportunity to make your design nicer. I agree with a sentence mentioned in the video, it is not a good thing to like what you design too much as your child because you will be reluctant to change or improve it. Your design is never done until there are users using it. A small design change has greatly changed the experience of users.

This documentary film is very good for me because, through this film, I get to know more about what should I focus on when designing. We have to think about how to connect people through technology and hows our designs are helping people in their lives. Another important thing is designer have to understand well about their users' view because it is really helpful when you designing a product.
