EXISTING SITE PLAN

This site is having 3 cubes and there are 2 floors for each cube. The last cube is only for the lift and staircase to go up to the viewing deck.

Neighborhood Context

The site is surrounded by commercial areas, Tourist attractions, Places of worship, Banks and

other Facilities, and Educational centers. There are several bus stops provided as well near the site which brings convenience for the visitors and tourists.

Around the has a lot of trees and grass, and also the river as well.

CIRCULATION To access the site, users can go there by bus or train to the nearest station and walk to the site.

The site is a good space to become a tourist attraction because it has a huge public area and water showtime at night, and there are a lot of commercial buildings in the surrounding. The weakness of it is its leak of security and not much tourism in the day time because there is nothing that can attract people to come and the smell of the river might be affected. The site could be a more attractive place, providing monthly events and maybe can provide the job opportunity. The threat is that there might be quite a lot of homeless people passing by.
